After cleaning the pumpkin, cut it into cubes and then steam it for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, put it in a bowl, inside which you will also place the speck cut into cubes and the stracchino.

Mix to blend all the ingredients well and then also add the egg, the grated parmesan, a pinch of salt and one of pepper.

Line a tart mold with parchment paper and then lay the puff pastry on it, which you will prick at the base with the tines of a fork.

Now pour the mixture of pumpkin and speck into the puff pastry and curl the edges of the savory pie. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about half an hour.
