Description

The microwave chicken cutlet is a quick and simple dish to make thanks to AIA's ready-made specialties. In the chicken salad the meat is already conveniently cut into pieces and flavored with a pleasant smoky aroma. If you want to give a delicately spicy touch to the dish, you can choose the chicken stripes with the aroma of chili peppers and paprika.

The microwave significantly reduces cooking times. If it takes 5 minutes to cook the dish in a pan, turning the meat and making sure it doesn't burn or stick, with the microwave a couple of minutes are enough, without having to do anything.

The microwave chicken cutlet is a light dish. The white meat is light, with very few fats. With this cooking method, no other condiments are added. The chicken is heated without oil or butter. The chicken salad is also already salted, ready to be heated.

Procedure

1

Pour the chicken meat contained in the chicken salad package into a baking dish.

2

Cook at maximum power for two minutes.

3

Slice the cherry tomatoes and season them with a little oil, salt and pepper.

4

Serve the microwave chicken cutlet garnished with some capers, fresh parsley leaves and the cherry tomatoes.
