3 extra fresh large AIA eggs
300 g of 00 flour
180 ml of milk
120 g of sugar
Vanillin to taste
Salt
1 sachet of yeast
1 egg white
150 g of acacia honey
80 ml of seed oil

Description

First of all, preheat the oven to 180°C and in the meantime, whisk the eggs in a bowl together with the egg white and sugar until you have obtained a frothy mixture. Add the oil in a thin stream and start working the mixture with the whisk at low speed and only later add the milk.

Add the sifted flour, yeast and a pinch of vanillin and salt. Continue to mix the ingredients with the whisk until you have obtained a homogeneous mixture. Finally add the honey and continue to whisk the mixture.

At this point butter a baking pan where you will pour the mixture just obtained that you will bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
