Description

When you feel like something sweet and quick to prepare, crepes are always a good idea! The original recipe for cooking crepes is indeed very easy and quick and will allow you to enjoy a tasty dessert to feed the children for a snack or to offer to your guests at the end of a dinner at home with friends. Crepes are also perfect for a Sunday brunch with friends and can be topped with chocolate, jam or simply enjoyed with a dusting of powdered sugar.

Procedure

First, pour the butter and milk into a pan and let it melt over low heat. Meanwhile, in a bowl, pour the eggs, sugar, and salt. Beat the eggs and then gradually add the flour.

Continue beating to eliminate any lumps and obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Now add the milk with the butter and continue beating. Finally, add the rum. Let the dough rest in the fridge for about half an hour.

Grease a pan with butter and heat it on the stove. Pour a few tablespoons of the dough into the pan (the right amount for a crepe) and distribute it well over the entire surface so that the crepe cooks well.
