The detail that can make a difference in the recipe we propose, is the choice of the side dish: preparing baked potatoes impeccably, requires small precautions, to make them special and irresistible, discover all the secrets of their preparation.

Procedure

1

First of all, preheat the oven to a temperature of about 200°C. After washing and peeling the potatoes, cut them into wedges and one by one put them in a bowl that you have previously filled with water.

2

Now drain the potatoes and place them in a bowl where you will then season them with oil, salt and pepper. Mix well so that the potatoes are flavored. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the seasoned potatoes on it along with the Classic BonRoll.

3

Now add the clove of garlic and the needles from the sprig of rosemary. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and let it cook for about 70 minutes turning it from time to time until golden.
