- 2 packs of Turkey breast with herbs Aequilibrium AIA, turkey’s breast with herbs
- 125 g green asparagus
- 80 g Lollo lettuce
- 40 g Tomatoes
- 1 spoonful of dill
- 1 spoonful of lemon juice
- 20 g extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small bunch of thyme
To prepare Turkey with Herbs and Green and White Asparagus, boil the asparagus, then cool the asparagus in cold water.
When cutting up the asparagus, make sure the asparagus tips are left whole.
Peel and dice the tomatoes. Mix the tomatoes and asparagus. Add olive oil, lemon, salt and dill.
On a plate, arrange the slices of Turkey breast with herbs Aequilibrium AIA, the herbs and the asparagus and tomato salad.
Serve the Turkey with Herbs and Green and White Asparagus on a table dish alongside salad.
