- EVO oil
- 1 slice of dry bread

Soak the dry bread and break it up into crumbs. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, the AIA minced beef, the egg, the grated parmesan and the finely chopped garlic clove, as well as salt and pepper. Take care to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Empty the friggitelli and fill them with the meat mixture you have just made. Arrange the friggitelli on an oven tray lined with greaseproof paper. Dress the friggitelli with a trickle of EVO oil and pop into an oven preheated to 180° and cook for about 30 minutes. Your stuffed friggitelli are ready to serve!
