- 1 pack of Italian-Style Chicken Sausage
- 320 g leeks
- 150 g low-fat yogurt
- Half a litre of milk
- 1 handful of coarse salt
- Juice of half a lemon
- Half a clove of garlic
- 20 g parsley
- Seed oil for frying
- Salt, pepper and flour as required
Place the sausage in the Herb Marinade for about an hour. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and add the lemon juice, chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together.
Cut the leeks into strips, dip them in the milk, drain them and coat them in flour. Sieve them and fry them in boiling seed oil for a few minutes.
When the grill is hot, cook the sausage on it; as soon as it is ready, place it on top of the fried leeks.
Add a few grains of coarse salt and serve the sauce in a separate bowl.
