Number of people
- 2 packs of AIA chicken drumsticks
- 300 g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 onion
- 40 g butter
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley
Chop 1/2 an onion and brown in a dish with 40 g butter. Add 300 g of shelled peas (fresh or frozen) and the AIA chicken drumsticks.
Add salt to taste, pour over a ladleful of stock, and cover and cook for about 45 minutes.
Before removing from the heat, add some chopped parsley.
