IN A FRYING PAN: 10 minutes
Place the rabbit sausages in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil or butter and brown for about 10 minutes, seasoning with rosemary and/or sage and a clove of garlic.
Add a cup of white wine and cook for another 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
