Rabbit Thighs and Shoulders with Black Olives

in a casserole with oil, and butter, soften the finely chopped garlic and rosemary; when the garlic has taken on colour, add the rabbit pieces. Brown the pieces over high heat, add the brandy, olives and peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes.
