Stuffed Rabbit

Boneless rabbit with a delicate filling, ready to cook.

IN A PRESSURE COOKER: 50 minutes

Add oil and chopped celery, carrot and onion. Season the stuffed rabbit with salt, pepper and spices to taste, and cook for 45-50 minutes at low heat.

IN THE OVEN: 110 minutes

Place the rabbit in the oven preheated to 200° for 1 hour and 50 minutes, turning the rabbit from time to time.
