Stuffed Christmas Chicken
Boneless whole chicken with a delicious filling, ready to cook.
Celebrate with AIA and cook the Chicken Granpieno this way:
STOVE TOP: 90 minutes
Brown the Pollo Ripieno in a pan with a nub of butter for 5 minutes. Add a little water, salt to taste; cover the pan and cook for about 80 minutes.
Finish cooking with the cover removed to reduce the liquid.
IN THE OVEN: 90 minutes
Preheat the convection oven to 200° and place the Pollo Ripieno in a baking dish with a little water; salt to taste.
Cook for about 90 minutes; at the halfway point, add a little white wine.
