Whole Chicken

Tender Italian Whole Chicken with skin, ready to cook.

Cook the AIA Chicken in a casserole: 60 minutes, serves 4 people.

Prep a whole 1 kg chicken for cooking and stuff it with 30 gr of pancetta, sage and rosemary, salt and pepper.

Truss the chicken and brown it in 30 g of butter in a casserole together with extra rosemary and sage. Salt the chicken and continue browning over high heat.
