Sottilissime - Chicken Breast Slices
Thin slices of chicken breast. Very tender and super-fast to cook.
To serve the Sottilissime hot and golden-brown, add a drizzle of oil or dab of butter in a non-stick pan and cook them for 2 minutes, turning them over occasionally.

- breaded, like cutlets;
- rolled, like roulades.
