Cook AIA Grilled Roast Chicken:
IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN: 5 minutes
Cook the AIA Grilled Roast Half Chicken for 5 minutes at 750W. When almost cooked, turn on the grill function.
IN THE TRADITIONAL OVEN: 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C, place the AIA Grilled Roast Half Chicken in an oven dish previously greased with olive oil, pop it into the hot oven and cook for 25 minutes. Cover the dish with tinfoil for the first 20 minutes. Remove the tinfoil for the last few minutes and use the grill function to colour the chicken golden brown.
IN A FRYING PAN: 25 minutes
Cut the AIA Grilled Roast Half Chicken into smaller pieces. Grease a pan with olive oil and add one garlic clove together with some sage and rosemary. Heat the pan and add the chicken pieces. Cook for 20 minutes over a medium-low heat with the pan lid on. Remove the lid and cook for a further 5 minutes on a higher heat setting to complete.
