Enhance your meal with grilled seasonal vegetables. Cook the AIA Pizzaiola Cordon Bleu:
BROWNED IN A PAN: 6 minutes
To serve the Cordonbleu tender and golden-brown, add a drizzle of oil or dab of butter in a non-stick pan and cook them for 6 minutes, turning them over several times.
OVEN-CRISPED: 8 minutes
Pre-heat the convection oven to 220° and arrange the Cordonbleu in a baking dish; do not season. Place the dish in the pre-heated oven for 8 minutes, turning over at the halfway point.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 Pizzaiola Cordon Bleu
- 2 Belgian endives
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 courgettes (zucchini)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 4 tablespoons oil
- A sprig of thyme
- A clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper
Place the salt and lemon juice in a bowl, add oil and whisk with a fork. Add the thyme leaves and a little fresh pepper. Wash the vegetables and dry them well. Slice the courgette thinly and cut the other vegetables in half. Place a cast-iron grill on the heat; when it is very hot, place the vegetables on it. Cook for a few minutes on both sides. Place the vegetables on a platter, drizzle the marinade over them and toss well. Cook the Cordonbleu as directed on the package and serve accompanied by the vegetables.
