HOT AND GOLDEN IN THE PAN: 8 minuts
Arrange the fillets with a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan and cook for 8 minutes, turning them occasionally.
IN THE OVEN: 9 minuts
Bring the fan oven to 200°C and arrange the fillets in a baking dish without the condiments. Then place it in the preheated oven for 9 minutes, turning the fillets halfway through cooking.
