Pour 4 spoonfuls of EVO oil into a non-stick frying pan; add one chopped onion and gently fry until transparent. Now add the previously chopped AIA country-style Verzino sausage and let it cook. Cut the radicchio into strips and throw it into the pan with the other ingredients, adding a pinch of salt and pepper. In a saucepan containing plenty of boiling salted water, cook the pasta and strain when ready. Pour the pasta into the frying pan with the other ingredients and let it absorb their flavours for a few minutes. Finally, add the cooking cream, stir thoroughly and serve nice and hot. Enjoy!
