- 600 grams of fresh tagliatelle
- 1 onion
- 1 celery
- 1 carrot
- 300 gr of tomato pulp
- Rosemary
- White wine
- extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Preparation: Divide the rabbit into small pieces and brown them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil. Salt, pepper and blend with a little white wine. Also add a couple of sprigs of rosemary and continue to cook for about 30 minutes, adding a little water every time the meat will tend to dry out. Meanwhile, stew carrot, celery and onion in a saucepan with a little oil and salt at very low heat.
