TAGLIATELLE WITH MUSHROOMS AND DAKOTA
Do you have an urge for a pasta dish that is traditional and creative at the same time? Try tagliatelle with mushrooms and Dakota!
1 pack of Dakota AIA sausages
320 g tagliatelle
1 bulb of garlic
Oil as required
Clean the porcini mushrooms and lightly fry a bulb of garlic in plenty of oil. Once it takes on a golden colour, remove the garlic and add the mushrooms, cut up into pieces. Cook for 15 minutes.
For an extra “touch of class”, add a little fresh pennyroyal, in keeping with the finest Tuscan culinary tradition.
Cook the tagliatelle and mix in the pan along with the mushrooms. Meanwhile, cook the Dakota in a pan for 2 minutes, cut into cubes, then add to the pasta and serve.
