You may either prepare AIA Spinacine Grancroccanti in the oven or in a frying pan. In the pan: gently fry the Spinacine for 3 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil taking care to turn them over at least once.
In the oven: preheat a ventilated oven to 220°C and place the Spinacine in an oven dish without oil or seasonings. Then just pop them into the hot oven for 8 minutes.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into halves or quarters. Add the sweet corn to the tomatoes and dress with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and a few mint and basil leaves. Your Spinacine with sweet corn and tomato salad are ready to serve!
