1 ripe avocado
5 sundried tomatoes
1 tablespoon of black olives
1 red Tropea onion
100 g of feta cheese

Cut the AIA Classic BonRoll into slices and cook in a pan with a little oil and thyme. When the slices of BonRoll are toasted, remove them from the pan and cut them into cubes.
