Ingredients

  • 150 g of white rice

  • 2 lettuce leaves

  • White sesame

  • Black sesame

  • Coriander

  • Soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp. of rice vinegar

  • 15 g of flour

  • 20 g of butter

  • 1 tbsp. of curry

  • 200 ml of milk

  • Salt

It is a quick and simple recipe to prepare, perfect for all those moments when you have invited friends around last minute and you want to amaze them with something very original. The taste and crunchiness of Milanese AIA cutlet are enhanced by the oriental sauce that makes the dish even more delicious.

Here is the simple recipe for preparing the burger!

Wash the rice well under cold water, then boil it in slightly salted boiling water. Drain the rice, season it with the rice vinegar and let it cool. Prepare the sauce by putting the butter in a saucepan. Melt the butter and add the flour and curry. Mix all the ingredients well into a smooth consistancy, then remove the saucepan from the heat and add the milk and continue to mix.

Return the saucepan over the heat and continue stirring until the sauce starts to boil, at this point turn off the heat. Put the cutlet in the pan and cook it until it is very crispy. Wash the salad well and dry it. With pastry rings, make two rice burgers. On a rice burger lay the salad, La Milanese seasoned with a pinch of salt and the sauce. Cover with the other rice burger and season with white sesame, black sesame, soy sauce and chopped coriander. Enjoy your meal!
