PIZZA-STYLE TURKEY BREAST SLICES
A traditional classic, quick and easy to make: presenting turkey breast slices in a pizza-style sauce.
400 g AIA Sliced Turkey Breast
500 g of Peeled tomatoes
2 tbsp. Dried oregano (or fresh if in season)
1 Clove of garlic
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Brown the garlic lightly in a pan, then add the peeled tomatoes, squashing them with a fork. Cook for about 2 minutes, then add the oregano. In a separate pan, brown the turkey slices well on both sides, then add the sauce to the pan with the meat.
Cover and cook for a further 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve, sprinkling with more oregano.
