PIADINA WITH DAKOTA
SMOKED SCAMORZA CHEESE AND TOMATOES IN OIL.
4 Dakota AIA sausages
Tomatoes in oil
4 slices of smoked Scamorza cheese
Heat the piadina on a hot griddle for a minute per side. In a separate pan, briefly heat the slices of Scamorza.
Remove the piadina from the heat and spread the slices of smoked cheese inside along with some tomatoes in oil.
Fill with a Dakota sausage cooked in the pan for 2 minutes.
Fold over the piadina (or roll it up if you prefer) and serve hot.
