MIXED SALAD WITH KEB'S, AVOCADO AND RADISH
Besides guacamole, avocados and delicious garlic-flavoured yogurt sauce make excellent salads for accompanying kebabs.
400 g AIA Keb’s100% chicken kebab
2 ripe avocadoes
1 small baguette
100 g mixed salad
250 g full-fat yogurt
1 clove of garlic
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the baguette into thin slices and toast the slices in the oven until they are crisp and golden.
Mix the yogurt with the crushed clove of garlic, two tbsp. of oil, a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cut the avocadoes into cubes and season with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
In a bowl, mix the avocado with the sliced radishes and the salad.
Serve by alternating slices of kebab with slices of toasted bread and season with yogurt sauce.
