4 Dakota AIA sausages
Small white onions
Cut the Dakota sausages up into pieces and thread them onto the skewers with the small white onions, pieces of pepper and courgettes.
Soak in a marinade of lemon juice, oil and herbs.
Place in a non-stick pan and heat for 8 minutes and... buon appetito!
