Delicious brochettes to enjoy with an aperitif in the company of friends!
2 packs of AIA Spinacina - Breaded Cutlet With Spinach
1 pack of mozzarella bites
Heat the Spinacine cutlets for 10 minutes in the oven at 200°, then remove and cut into rounds.
Thread the Spinacine pieces, tomatoes, mozzarella balls and basil leaves onto wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients.
Place on a serving dish.
