CHICKEN LEG QUARTERS WITH VEGETABLES
With the addition of saffron, a dish of chicken and vegetables acquires an extra touch of refinement.
4 AIA Chicken Leg Quarters
1 Clove of garlic
1 Glass of white wine
Extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 Sachet of saffron
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the AIA chicken leg quarters in a dish with 2 2 tbsp. of oil and 1 clove of garlic.
Add a glass of white wine and cook for 25 minutes over a low heat. Add the cubed vegetables and add salt to taste.
Add 1/2 a sachet of saffron and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
