Today we are presenting our recipe for Kebab Chicken and chips: in this dish, a classic of ethnic cuisine is reinterpreted in an all-Italian way. Healthy and genuine, the AIA Kebab Chicken sandwich is served with delicious mixed vegetable chips (a great way to get kids to eat their veg), all of which is home-made and therefore particularly appetizing.

If you wish to prepare your kebab chicken in a frying pan: add 1 or 2 spoonfuls of EVO oil to a non-stick pan on a fairly high heat setting. When the oil is hot, add the AIA Kebab Chicken and pan toss for about 3 minutes at this temperature.
If you prefer to use the microwave oven: place the AIA Kebab chicken in a plate or a dish suitable for use in the microwave. Heat at the highest power setting for about 2 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, pumpkin and beetroot and wash well under cold running water. Slice the vegetables very finely with the help of a mandolin cutter. Dry the slices using absorbent kitchen paper and arrange them on an oven tray without overlapping. Cover the chips with a drizzle of olive oil and pop them into an oven preheated to 200°C for 8 minutes. When the chips are crisp and golden, remove them from the oven and arrange them on top of the AIA Kebab chicken.
When you have filled the piadinas with chicken kebab, serve them with an accompaniment of deliciously crisp chips!
