CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS WITH PEAS
Chicken Drumsticks like all children, especially if accompanied with tender peas: you'll have a complete and delicious meal!
2 packs of AIA chicken drumsticks
300 g peas (fresh or frozen)
40 g butter
Salt to taste
Chop 1/2 an onion and brown in a dish with 40 g butter. Add 300 g of shelled peas (fresh or frozen) and the AIA chicken drumsticks.
Add salt to taste, pour over a ladleful of stock, and cover and cook for about 45 minutes.
Before removing from the heat, add some chopped parsley.
