CAESAR SALAD WITH TURKEY STRIPS
The well-known recipe for Caesar Salad can also be made in a lighter version with turkey strips.
400 g AIA Turkey Strips
1 Head of fresh lettuce
50 g Parmigiano cheese
4 Slices of sliced bread
4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Low-fat yogurt with no added sugar
Heat the strips over a high heat for 2 or 3 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the salad by mixing the lettuce, cubes of bread toasted in the oven, slivers of parmigiano and a sauce made by adding the yogurt to the mayonnaise.
When cooked, add the strips to the salad and serve.
