BonRoll classico with roast potatoes
BonRoll classico with roast potatoes is… simply delicious!
1 BonRoll AIA classico
600 g potatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
First of all, pre-heat the oven to approximately 200°C. After scrubbing and peeling the potatoes, cut them into wedges and, one after another, drop them into a bowl of water. Now strain the potatoes and place them in a dish together with the oil and a seasoning of salt and pepper. Mix well to distribute the flavours evenly. Line an oven tray with greaseproof paper and place the BonRoll classico in the centre, surrounded by the potatoes you have just prepared.
Now add the garlic cloves and the rosemary needles. Pop the tray into the preheated oven and cook for around 50 minutes, turning over the potatoes from time to time until they turn golden. When cooked, remove from the oven and leave to rest 5 minutes before serving! Your BonRoll with roast potatoes is ready to be served… Enjoy!
