BONROLL CLASSIC WITH SESAME AND CARAMEL
A dish that is perfect for Sunday lunch, with a sweet and sour twist on traditional roast chicken and turkey.
1 BonRoll Classic AIA meatloaf
1 Fresh chilli pepper
2 Spoonfuls of soy sauce
1 Fresh ginger
1 Cup of sesame seeds
1 Tub of soy shoots
1 Clove of garlic
Dice the BonRoll meatloaf (2 centimetres each face). Grease the meatloaf with oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook on both sides in a very hot frying pan. In the meantime, prepare the caramel with the sugar.
When amber, remove from flame and add the soy and ginger and the finely chopped chilli pepper. Rapidly sauté the soy shoots in a wok with olive oil and garlic. Serve with the caramel sauce as dressing.
