  • 2 avocados

  • 1 lime

  • 2 leeks

  • 1 spoonful turmeric

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1 espresso cup of vinegar

  • 150 g parmesan

  • Dill

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Today we are presenting you a most original recipe: avocado tartar, chicken kebab, tossed peppers and parmesan shavings with a turmeric flavoured leek sauce! If you are fond of kebabs and wish to serve a gourmet version, this recipe is just up your street. In fact, it is a quick, fresh-tasting dish, ideal for serving when you invite friends round for supper at the last minute. A sure success worthy of any chef.

So, here is the complete recipe for avocado tartar, chicken kebab, tossed peppers and parmesan shavings with a turmeric flavoured leek sauce!  Toss the AIA kebab in a pan with a little oil.

Clean the avocado, dice it and sprinkle with lime juice. Clean and finely dice the peppers and then toss them in a pan with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.  Cut the leeks into rounds and gently stew them in a pan with the oil, salt and turmeric. Blend the leeks to obtain a sauce. Finally assemble the tartar in layers in the following sequence:  avocado, red peppers, AIA Kebab, green peppers, leek and turmeric sauce, parmesan shavings and dill. Enjoy!
