1 spoonful turmeric
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 espresso cup of vinegar

Clean the avocado, dice it and sprinkle with lime juice. Clean and finely dice the peppers and then toss them in a pan with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cut the leeks into rounds and gently stew them in a pan with the oil, salt and turmeric. Blend the leeks to obtain a sauce.
