Cook the AIA Chicken Breast Roll with Sage:
IN A FRYING PAN: 30 minutes
Place the Roulades in a non-stick pan with a little oil and butter over medium heat, covered, for 10 minutes. Finish cooking while turning frequently. Salt and pepper to taste.
IN THE OVEN: 30 minutes
Place the Roulades in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil. Then bake at 220° for 30 minutes. At the halfway point, add a little white wine and turn them over.
