Cook the AIA Rabbit Livers this way:
Livers and mushrooms
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Servings: 2/4 people
thinly slice 200 g of fresh mushrooms and the rabbit livers. Heat a little oil in a pan with a garlic clove; add the mushrooms, salt to taste and allow to cook for 25 minutes, adding a little broth.
Add the livers and some chopped parsley; after about 7 minutes, remove from heat.
