Cook AIA Chicken Nagghy
BROWNED IN A FRYING PAN: 6 minutes
To serve the Nagghy hot and golden-brown, add a drizzle of oil or dab of butter in a non-stick pan and cook them for 6 minutes, turning them over several times.
OVEN-CRISPED: 8 minutes
Pre-heat the convection oven to 220° and arrange the Nagghy in a baking dish; do not season. Place the dish in the pre-heated oven for 8 minutes.
FLAVOUR FANTASY NAGGHY
For 2 people:
- One package of Nagghy,
- 1 cucumber,
- Pickled baby onions,
- Pitted olives,
- 10 g Swiss cheese,
- A few oil-packed artichokes,
Peel the cucumber and slice it thin, then cut the cheese into small cubes. Cook the Nagghy separately as directed on the package and let them cool off slightly; divide into three groups and spread some sauce over each one. Place a cucumber slice, half an artichoke, a cube of cheese, etc., on each one. Place the nuggets on a platter or serving dish and garnish with a few salad leaves and parsley.
